Upright Protectors
Uprights can easily be damaged during loading and unloading of pallet racking. Equipping your uprights with the right protection can save you a lot of money and hassle. Visiplas is a cost effective moulded rack protector. Ideally suited for intermediate uprights, it is easily fixed directly to the upright. Its moulded design allows the impact to be absorbed within the protector. It then regains its original shape after impact. Similarly, a snap-on guard such as the Protect-it easily attaches without the need for fasteners. The sections are stacked on top of each other to form a guard of the required height. Column Guards
Column guards offer great protection for both pallet racking and mezzanine columns. Typically constructed in metal, they are supplied with heavy duty floor fixings for installation. The first two images show ‘U’ shaped and ‘L’ shaped column guards. Another option, shown in the third image, is a shock-absorbing column guard. It expands and compresses to fit any size column and is attached using ratchet straps.
Rack End Protectors
Installing rack end protectors can prevent hits, bumps and scuffs from forklifts or pallet trucks causing major damage to your racking. Designed to absorb the impact, they take the brunt of direct hits without denting or damaging your racking.
Safety Barriers
Designed to protect people, warehouse equipment and stock, safety barriers are an essential component in warehouse safety. They are available in several configurations and materials to protect pedestrians, buildings, columns and conveyor belts or to define a space. Modular designs make them very easy to combine and extend.
